New Hope Bridge Builders is the partnership team of New Hope Community Services, coming together to build bridges of hope for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Through SleepOut, we are raising funds to provide shelter, stability, and opportunities for those on their journey towards a brighter future. Every donation helps bridge the gap between hardship and hope. Join us in making a difference.
